Monitoring the construction process is vitally important.
This is where you need to keep a close eye on the processes of construction and make sure each step happens in the order it needs to. Controlling subs, workers, deliveries, and purchases needs to happen on a regular basis. This is where planning the work and working the plan really comes into its own. If you have all of your steps and decisions done beforehand it makes it easier to focus on monitoring your construction process. Why Choose Us! DKNR Designs is a team comprised of international talent and artisans. Our design team alone comes from 5 different countries. We take a multi-faceted approach to design and creation. We set out to create a team of professionals for the sole purpose of putting a project on track from the initial design stages to the final completion and owner take over. We start from the very beginning of a concept by visiting a site (part of the white glove service) to determine the viability of the project at hand. The design is ALWAYS site dependent and MUST be taken into account.
