1. 2D Test Plans - Not sure what plan to use to start? Get a 2D sales model floor plan with simple dimensions to test your layouts before ordering custom plans. Use the "2D Test Plan" payment link immediately below.
2. STOCK PLANS - Pick a stock plan on the plans page. Click on the "pricing" tab and order your plans through the order button.
3. If you have your own plans... order your shell custom budget, finish schedule, and detailed budget estimate using the "Custom Plan Budget Meeting" payment link immediately below.
4. Full materials budgets or shell budgets require an introductory meeting. Text the number above to find out how to schedule your meeting.
2D Test Plan
This service is for those who are not sure any stock or custom plan will fit their needs and are not quite ready to order custom plans. Pricing includes 1 plan with up to 3 revisions. This allows you to preview a simple floor plan. There are NO refunds on any DKNR purchases. For Test Plans over 8000 SF Contact Us.
Custom Plan Budget Meeting
This service is for a regional budget estimate process using a client's plans and our DKNR standard finishes in your finish schedule. This is NOT a guaranteed budget that you can build your home for the budget included. The budget is a guideline and quite often local builders are much more expensive than budgets with preliminary numbers. There are NO refunds on any DKNR purchases.
